TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 - MATERIALS
All the pieces are in Silver 925. Its color is not related to a change of material but to the treatment given, which can be gilded with a 24-carat Gold or oxidized bath.
2 - WARRANTY
According to Portuguese legislation all parts are guaranteed for two years.
The guarantee does not cover the natural oxidation of the Silver or the elimination of the Golden bath, as well as signs of use, passage of time, or visible marks of misuse.
3 - REPAIRS
They must be requested through the e-mail email@example.com indicating the name of the part, after which all the indications will be provided to carry out the repair.
4 - EXCHANGES
Within a maximum period of 14 days you can exchange for another piece of equal or greater value, upon presentation of the invoice and guarantee.
To do so, you should contact the studio through the email firstname.lastname@example.org that will respond with the following procedures. The exchanges are only approved when they are unused parts, inside the respective box and with the corresponding purchase invoice.
5 - RIGHT TO RESOLVE FREE
The deadline for exercising the right of Free Resolution is 14 days after the purchase of the piece. The resolution decision must be communicated by e-mail: email@example.com, accompanied by the buyer's data (Name, Address, Respected date of purchase).
In case of litigation, the consumer may use the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center of Lisbon (centroarbitragemlisboa.pt).
6 - RETURNS
We do not accept returns.
7 - PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit card payments (MasterCard, American Express and Visa) through the Stripe platform or paypal.
8 - METHODS OF DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME
The parts availability period is 2 to 7 business days.
The orders will be sent through UPS, with the following deadlines, after dispatch:
PORTUGAL (Continental and Islands): 24 to 48 working hours
EUROPEAN UNION: up to 5 business days
REST OF THE WORLD: variable, depending on the place of origin of the request

As it is an Atelier with basically handcrafted features, we reserve the right, in case of a stock break, to change the deadline. In this case an email will be sent immediately indicating a new deadline.
9 - SHIPPING VALUES
EUROPEAN UNION: 9,5 Euros
REST OF THE WORLD: 14,90 Euros
We remind that international orders may be subject to the application of customs taxes for which we are not responsible.
10 - CERTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICITY
Magma Luxury jewwels are made in 925 Silver or 925 Silver with 24-carat Gold. They are certified by the Contrastaria of INCM, (incm.pt/portal/uco_atividade.jsp), which verifies the legal touch, that is, the perming of precious metal contained in an alloy, and the application of the contrast next to the manufacturer's responsibility mark or equivalent. The application of the marks is only obligatory in pieces weighing more than 2 grams.
The buyer can always, in case of doubt as to the authenticity of the pieces, use the services of the Contrastarias in order to verify the authenticity of the material.
In addition to the online store, the pieces can be seen and purchased at the atelier of the brand, at Travessa Almargem, at number 1C, Alfama, in Lisbon, where they can be inspected by the competent authorities for this purpose.
